### 🚗 Sirius A Hitchhiking Race 2026

Get ready for an adventure like no other! On **January 30th, 2026**, Sirius A will set off on its first **Hitchhiking Race** organized by Armstrong; a two-day journey where creativity, courage, and teamwork meet the open road.

Starting from **Groningen railway station in the morning**, the participating pairs will hitchhike their way toward a **mystery destination** (to be revealed later 👀). Along the way, participants will rely on their charm, quick thinking, and the kindness of strangers to reach the finish line first! But most of all to have a great experience and a lot of fun with your favourite Sirius A duo.

🏁 **Event overview:**
- **Date:** 30-31st of January 2026 (participants can choose to stay another night)
- **Starting point:** Groningen railway station
- **Destination:** Secret (for now!)
- **Accommodation:** Provided at the destination
- **Return to Groningen** Arranged by the committee
- **Participation fee:** TBD
- **Support team:** Two or more dedicated committee members will monitor live locations, be available at all times for any questions and maintain regular contact for safety.
- **Media:** Participants are encouraged to take plenty of **photos and videos** to capture the adventure! 📸🎥
