Members' Weekend

How nice that you want to join us for this third edition of the members weekend! This year it will be taking place at the same location as last year, in Drenthe, from the 26th until the 28th of June.

Het Noordhuis is a very cozy converted farmhouse with beds for 45 people divided over 4 rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and terrasse with campfires. There will be some organized activities, like the bonte avond (talent show), so start brainstorming your acts!! The extensive grounds are perfect for outdoor fun like survival tracks, bouldering wall and beach volleyball and of course there will be plenty of boardgames such as werewolves!

The whole weekend is expected to cost roughly 48 euros which includes accommodation and meals.

Transportation:
The location is reachable by car, bus or bike. A car ride takes 40 minutes and there is parking on site. The bus takes 35 minutes. From the bus stop you can either walk 45 minutes to the location or you can be picked up by car. If you’re a real warrior you can also choose for a 2 hr bike ride. In case you choose to bike/walk from the bus stop, we can take your luggage.

Food, drinks and tasks:
All meals are included in the price, this contains snacks, 2 dinners, 2 breakfasts and 1 lunch. Drinks are not included as they will be provided through a tallying system debited later depending on the amount of drinks you consumed.

To make sure the weekend runs smoothly there will be chores divided over all participants, like preparing the meals and cleaning. In this signup you will be asked for your preferences.
