🌱 Green Friday: Come Harvest Trees With Us

Organized by: Board

Forget the Black Friday discounts for a second. This Green Friday, we're doing something better - we're harvesting tree saplings!

Together with MeerBomenNu and the lovely people from Atmos, we will go tree sapling harvesting in Stadspark. Join us on November 27 from 11:00 to 14:00 to lift young trees from their nursery beds (where they do not have the proper space to grow), so MeerBomenNu can sort them and get them ready for planting season. Every sapling that leaves the ground is a tree that will be standing for decades.

Expect good company, fresh air, and the satisfying kind of tired afterwards. There will be guidance from people who know what they're doing, so you don't need experience. All you need to bring is sturdy shoes, weather-appropriate clothes that are allowed to get dirty, and a good mood.

Spots are limited, so be sure to sign up quickly! The exact location in Stadspark will be announced later. Green Friday doesn't have to mean spending. Come plant the future instead 🌳
